Refunds may be granted only when (i) you were charged in error, or (ii) a technical issue prevented access to the purchased item.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, user error, or dissatisfaction with performance.
Within 7 days of purchase, email support@dancocreations.com with your transaction ID, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds are processed via RevenueCat. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
