Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how DanCo Creations LLC (“DanCo Creations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refund requests for Uncle Benny Sports Picks purchases, including subscriptions and one-time purchases.

By making a purchase through the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Because Uncle Benny Sports Picks provides digital products, subscriptions, AI-generated content, and immediate-access features, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered, except where:

• required by applicable law;
• required by Apple, Google, or another payment platform;
• you were charged in error;
• you were billed after a valid cancellation should have taken effect;
• a verified technical issue on our side prevented reasonable access to the purchased feature; or
• we determine, in our sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate.

2. Purchases Made Through Apple App Store

If you purchased a subscription or in-app purchase through Apple, billing and refund requests are generally handled by Apple, not DanCo Creations.

To request a refund for an Apple-billed purchase, use Apple’s refund request process through your Apple account and Apple’s purchase support tools.

We cannot directly issue or guarantee refunds for purchases billed by Apple.

3. Purchases Made Through Google Play

If you purchased through Google Play, refund handling may depend on Google Play’s policies, applicable law, and the circumstances of the purchase.

You may request a refund through Google Play where applicable. In some cases, you may also contact us directly for assistance regarding a purchase issue.

We cannot guarantee refunds for purchases billed by Google, but we will review eligible issues and assist where possible.

4. Direct Purchases or Web Purchases

If we offer direct purchases through our website or another checkout flow controlled by DanCo Creations, you may contact us to request a refund review.

For direct purchases, refunds may be considered if:

• you were charged more than once for the same item;
• you were charged in error;
• a purchase was not delivered as described due to a verified technical issue caused by us; or
• applicable law requires a refund.

Unless required by law, refunds are not typically granted for:

• change of mind;
• dissatisfaction with sports outcomes, AI outputs, or app performance expectations;
• accidental purchases caused by user error;
• failure to cancel before renewal;
• unused time remaining in an active subscription period; or
• inability to use the Service due to device incompatibility, internet issues, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Subscription Cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel charges already incurred, unless otherwise required by law or granted by the applicable billing platform.

Important:

• deleting the app does not cancel your subscription;
• deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google; and
• you must cancel through the platform that bills you, unless we expressly provide another cancellation method.

If you cancel, you will generally keep access through the remainder of the billing period already paid for.

6. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

If a free trial or promotional offer converts into a paid subscription, you must cancel before the renewal or conversion date to avoid being charged.

Unless required by law or platform policy, charges that occur after a trial converts to a paid subscription are not refunded solely because the user forgot to cancel.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review for a direct purchase or to contact us about a billing issue, email:

Please include:

• the email address associated with your account;
• the purchase date;
• the platform used for purchase (Apple, Google Play, website, etc.);
• the product purchased;
• the transaction ID, order ID, or receipt if available; and
• a brief description of the issue.

We may request additional information to verify the purchase before reviewing the request.

8. Review Timing

We aim to review eligible direct-purchase refund requests within a reasonable time after receiving the required information.

If a refund is approved for a direct purchase, the timing for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider, bank, card issuer, Apple, Google, or other platform.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact the billing platform and/or us as soon as possible.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to investigate the matter and suspend or restrict access to paid features while the issue is reviewed, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the “Effective Date” above. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
